In the course of conducting business an occasional human error may occur. We will make every effort to correct the error or make a reasonable accommodation. Subsequently, in such cases, The Grand Prize will be final in adjudicating any disputes. In the event of any legal disputes, it is agreed that the applicable jurisdiction shall be summoned in the State of New Jersey and all such disputes shall be subject to the laws of the State of New Jersey. Our merchandise is normally shipped by Fedex and is fully insured. In the event of any claims or damages arising out of shipping, The Grand Prize will not be held responsible if the insurer refuses to settle. At Prize Sports Baseball Cards, every effort is made to verify the condition of each card, autographed item, etc. as it is described. We cannot guarantee that every card described by us will in all cases receive exactly the same grade by any third party grading service. Subsequently, we will make every effort to locate a similar item at the current market value. All Buyers agree to pay us any additional charges with resepct to the aforementioned. The Grand Prize disclaims all liability for damages, consequential or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the sale of any merchandise from the seller to the buyer. Any statement made by Prize Sports Baseball Cards is only a statement of opinion and does not constitute a warranty or representation. It is also understood that we may alter or make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Prize Sports Baseball Cards stands by the authenticity of everything we sell. However, The Grand Prize and its agents will be the final determinant of the authenticity of each and every item it sells. We are not bound by the opinion of grading service, outside authenticators, or so-called experts. In the event of any litigation against us or entered in to by The Grand Prize resulting in a judgment against a Buyer, said purchaser shall be liable to The Grand Prize for lawyer's fees and any other reasonable expenses incurred. We offer a 5 day return policy on all purchases. All returns must include the original sales receipt and the merchandise must be received in it's original condition. Either a full refund or credit will be issued. There is a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns, no exceptions.
